[1], citing two recently retracted articles involving undisclosed AI-manipulated images [2] and AI-related fabricated references [3], emphasised the need to educate younger generations on the ethical use of AI. What such education should emphasise, however, deserves further discussion.

Dear Editors, Masaoka and colleagues [1] demonstrated that Kielland rotational forceps delivery reduced neonatal ophthalmic complications compared with Naegele non-rotational forceps delivery. Hereafter, the terms of Kielland and Naegele are used. Overall maternal and neonatal outcomes did not differ markedly between the two.
