Artificial intelligence (AI), including ChatGPT, has rapidly entered medical writing [1], and many journals, publishers, and academic organizations have consequently introduced guidance on AI use [2]. Most current policies describe what authors may or may not do. They prohibit AI from being listed as an author, require disclosure of AI use, and require authors to remain responsible for the accuracy and originality of their manuscripts. These recommendations have become increasingly familiar.

Dear Editor, The Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology has long devoted considerable effort to recruiting new obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) specialists. Mori et al. [1] further investigated factors associated with medical students' and junior residents' choice of OBGYN as their specialty. Their questionnaires mainly consisted of factors related to working conditions, which are fundamentally modifiable.
