Dynamic periodic event-triggered adaptive PD-like composite neural control with iterative disturbance observer for 3D tracking of UUVs
Abstract This work focuses on the 3D tracking control issue for underactuated underwater vehicles (UUVs) subject to model uncertainties, external disturbances, and actuator mechanical degradation by mechanical wear. To reconstruct the uncertain dynamics within the system, an adaptive PD-like composite neural network (NN) is constructed.
The bacteriophage transcription factor Gp53 suppresses cell division and regulates Pseudomonas aeruginosa physiology
Abstract Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a highly drug-resistant pathogen that poses a major challenge to clinical treatment. Bacteriophages encode diverse regulatory proteins that can alter host cellular processes during infection. Here we show that the ΦPA1019-encoded transcription factor Gp53 regulates bacterial physiology by targeting key host pathways. Gp53 expression reduces bacterial growth, motility, and biofilm formation, and causes filamentous cell morphology.

Bypassing Schottky constraints via defect-mediated hydrogen transfer in hydrodechlorination - Nature Communications
Abstract Hydrogen-mediated transformations at heterointerfaces are often limited by a fundamental kinetic mismatch: the need for strong interfacial polarization to stabilize active hydrogen (H*) often creates high Schottky barriers that impede the necessary electron supply. Here, using a defect-engineered MoS2/Fe(OH)2 heterojunction for chloroform (CF) hydrodechlorination, we resolve this trade-off by engineering a defect-band hybridization mechanism.
