Steam Deck sales reportedly fell ~82% after the price hike, dropping weekly units from ~18k to ~3k. Weekly gross revenue plunged ~72%, now sitting about $1.2M–$2.5M vs $6M–$10M pre-hike. Its "Top Seller" rank dropped from #4–5 to #10–15, signalling a big shift in consumer attitudes. As the hardware crisis begins to bite, console manufacturers have had to increase their prices, and the Steam Deck was no exception.

Windows 11's new Beta build finally adds some much-desired Start customization options

Windows 11 Beta build 26220.8925 adds Start menu customization, including size adjustment and section toggles. The Recommended section has been renamed to Recent, and the Start settings page has been redesigned for clearer personalization controls. Other quality tweaks include File Explorer showing KB/MB/GB sizes instead of just KB. Ever since its release, Windows 11's Start menu has been strangely lacking features compared to Windows 10's.
