What does it mean to be a journalist?
It means to look. To find ways by which mundane taken-for-granted practices and systems change lives, and to bring attention to them.

Walking, getting lost.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
It’s only about race/racism. It is really is about everything given the ubiquity of racism.
