A literature-informed Delphi framework for pediatric medication science books
Abstract Objective: To construct a quantifiable indicator system for evaluating pediatric pharmacology knowledge and to provide a scientific basis for writing popular science books on pediatric medication. Methods: From June to July 2025, a systematic literature search was performed to conduct a general systematic review of pediatric medication science popularization content. Literature information was integrated via thematic synthesis to formulate a preliminary questionnaire.
A cell-state-centric view of inherited ESCC risk
Main text Genome-wide association studies (GWASs) have identified numerous susceptibility loci for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC),2,3,4 highlighting an important contribution of inherited genetic variation to cancer risk. Yet for most of these loci, biological mechanisms linking genetic variation to tumor development remain unknown. Perhaps an even more important unanswered question is where risk variants exert their effects within the complex cellular ecosystem of ESCC.

Abstract The surface code represents a promising candidate for fault-tolerant quantum computation due to its high error threshold and experimental accessibility with nearest-neighbor interactions. However, current exact surface code threshold analyses are based on the assumption of independent and identically distributed (i.i.d.) errors.
