BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Panama City Beach man is facing multiple felony charges after he allegedly threw several household items from his apartment balcony on Thursday. According to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, shortly before 12 p.m., deputies responded to the Perla Apartments in Panama City Beach after receiving reports of Marcus Butler, 40, throwing household items from his balcony onto vehicles and harassing residents.
