The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals was written by Michael Pollan, a journalism professor at the Univeristy of California, Berkeley. It's telling, in a country in the midst of recession, that there is still so much interest, not in aquiring food, but in making sure that our food meets with our peers' approval. In The Omnivore's Dilemma, Pollan explores and gives his opinion about America's eating habits.
