Strong to severe thunderstorms will pose the most significant threat between 2pm - 8pm. The strongest storms could produce damaging winds, heavy downpours and hail. These storms are most likely for areas from SOUTH of Green Bay. Meanwhile, a FLOOD WATCH goes into effect at noon for much of central Wisconsin.
