Abstract Targeted protein degradation has emerged as a promising drug modality, with potential applications across many immuno-inflammatory diseases. KT-474 is an orally bioavailable interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) heterobifunctional degrader evaluated in clinical trials for atopic dermatitis and hidradenitis suppurativa. Here we present structural, biophysical, and computational characterization of an IRAK4:KT-474:CRBN/DDB1 complex.

Not sure what #MicroblogMondays is? Read the inaugural post which explains the idea and how you can participate too. ******* The twins’ Kindergarten teacher was an incredible educator. I stayed in touch with her after the kids moved through other grades and the teacher moved out of the area. The twins invited her to their B’nai Mitzvah because they loved her so much. I reached out to give her an update about the twins, and she shared that she was now a grandmother and sent along pictures.
