You might expect to see bears, moose or loons while exploring the Adirondacks. Giant trolls may come as more of a surprise. Six towering troll sculptures have taken up residence at The Wild Center in Tupper Lake as part of TROLLS: Save the Humans, a new outdoor art installation by Danish recycle artist Thomas Dambo. Standing about 20 feet tall, the folklore-inspired trolls are designed to encourage visitors to reconnect with nature and become better stewards of the environment.
