While all of us are looking forward to exploring the wider world again, many of us want to build on the meaningfulness we have found in living a more local life. But is it possible to return to our busy city lives and still maintain the interaction of local life we’ve come to love?

Tabitha Stapely was nominated as a Women of Inspiration in Pioneers Post’s Natwest Wise100 in 2020. Pioneers Post’s Wise100 list recognises the one hundred top ‘Women of Inspiration’ in the UK working in social enterprises. This year, it highlighted the women who continued on their mission to deliver a positive impact despite the exceptional and challenging circumstances.

Neighbourhood magazines are enjoying a renaissance, according to a recent panel talk co-hosted by magazine store MagCulture and The Hoxton last week, but are they sustainable, scalable and truly inclusive? Editors of the Courier London, South East London Journal (SELJ), Time Out City Guides and Village Raw made up a panel of speakers who shared their experiences and insights on running neighbourhood magazines.
