Chartwells Higher Ed’s Chris Vasconi of Pitt Eats, an alumni of celeb chef Michael Symon’s iconic Cleveland restaurant Lola, has created a pierogi that’s more umami bomb than mild-mannered pillow. Chef Chris calls this "something familiar but new." When FSD readers last focused on the mighty pierogi earlier this year, it was in the middle of what felt like the longest winter ever.
