MassNet: billion-scale AI-ready mass spectral corpus empowering scalable deep learning in proteomics
Abstract Here we present MassNet, inspired by large-scale data corpora of text and images; MassNet is an artificial intelligence (AI)-ready data corpus for mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics. The corpus contains 1.5 billion tandem MS spectra from high-quality data-dependent acquisition (DDA) MS data across 35 species. Approximately 1.7 million peptide precursors are from human samples.
Characterization of Human Group 9 Innate Lymphoid Cells in Response to Allergen Immunotherapy in Patients With Allergic Rhinitis
1 Introduction In the past decade, group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) attracted much attention in allergies, given their rapid activation by signals deriving from epithelial cells (ECs) [1, 2]. In addition to the typical IL-5 and IL-13, some ILC2s secrete IL-9. IL-9 is a critical mediator of allergic airway inflammation. It promotes the survival of eosinophils and DCs, thereby facilitating Th2 differentiation, and it can also act on lung macrophages to propagate type-2 responses [3, 4].

An epigenetic pathway regulates MHC-II expression and function in B cell lymphoma models
Abstract Mutations or homozygous deletions of MHC class II (MHC-II) genes are commonly found in B cell lymphomas that develop in immune-privileged sites and have been associated with patient survival. However, the mechanisms regulating MHC-II expression, particularly through genetic and epigenetic factors, are not yet fully understood.

Strange-metal behavior in ${\mathrm{PrAu}}_{2}{\mathrm{In}}_{4}$ with a pseudodoublet ground state
Single crystals of the quasi-one-dimensional PrAu2In4 have been successfully grown and studied down to very low temperatures. Consistent with the singlet spin-orbit ground state of Pr3+, no magnetic ordering is observed in this compound.

N6‐methyladenosine‐modified circFUT8 competitively interacts with YTHDF2 and miR‐186‐5p to stabilize FUT8 mRNA to promote malignant progression in lung adenocarcinoma
INTRODUCTION Lung cancer remains the most common cause of cancer related to mortality worldwide, which is divided into small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) based on pathology.1 Due to the development of targeted and immunotherapy, the treatment paradigm for patients with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), the most prevalent subtype of lung cancer, has been dramatically altered.2, 3 However, owing to the perplexing pathogenesis and heterogeneity of LUAD, the 5-year survival...
TV‐UDE: Time‐varying uncertainty and disturbance estimator
Abstract The UDE (uncertainty and disturbance estimator)-based control approach has received increasing attention due to its simplicity and effectiveness in rejecting input disturbances. Despite this fact, the inherent transient performance issues associated with a high-gain UDE are rarely considered.
Magnetism in frustrated Kondo and non-Kondo intermetallics: ${\mathrm{CeInCu}}_{2}$ versus ${\mathrm{NdInCu}}_{2}$
Abstract Single crystalline intermetallics CeInCu2 and NdInCu2, where the rare earth ions occupy geometrically frustrated fcc lattice of Heusler-type structure, have been studied comparatively to shed light on the ground-state magnetism derived from Kondo physics and/or spin frustration competing with the Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida interaction. CeInCu2 is distinct from NdInCu2 due to the significant Kondo effect that is absent in the latter.

Regulation of shell thickness and shell components in PtCu/PdCu core−shell tripods for ethylene glycol and glycerol oxidation reactions
Regulation of shell thickness and shell components in PtCu/PdCu core−shell tripods for ethylene glycol and glycerol oxidation reactions Bi−component core−shell catalysts constructed from both noble and transition metals have been widely used in alcohol oxidation reactions, especially the introduction of transition metal components that can improve the anti−poisoning ability of core−shell catalysts.
Sunlight-promoted Direct Irradiation of N-centred Anion: The Photocatalyst-free Synthesis of Pyrazoles in Water
AbstractA practical method through sunlight mediated annulation of ?,?-unsaturated hydrazones has been developed for the synthesis of pyrazole. Based on the analysis of UV-Vis absorption of the substrate, the reaction was designed to avoid the use of external photocatalysis and proceeds via direct irradiation of N-centred anion by sunlight. The key features of this reaction include operational simplicity, readily available reagents, and amenability to gram-scale synthesis.
