Cervical, ovarian, endometrial, vulvar, and vaginal are among gynecologic cancers that pose significant threat to women’s health globally. Recent advancements in medical sciences have helped diagnose cancer precisely, making timely treatment possible. However, early detection of gynecologic cancers is difficult because of heterogeneous imaging modalities, variations in color, noise, etc. In addition, treating gynecological cancers requires personalized treatment.

1 Introduction Obesity is a complex, chronic, and progressive disease that impairs quality of life and increases mortality [1], thereby defines obesity by a body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m². The World Health Organization (WHO) projects that by 2035, overweight and obesity may affect over 4 billion people [2], with nearly 2 billion affected by obesity alone [3]. According to Mili and colleagues [4, 5], currently, the worldwide prevalence among adults is 39% for overweight and 13% for obesity.

1 Introduction Since the genesis of Internet, the transport control protocol (TCP) has been the main transport protocol used to support applications requiring performance and reliability. TCP provides a connection-oriented communication service over the Internet and offers a reliable transport between two endpoints over a nonreliable infrastructure supported by the Internet Protocol (IP) [1].
