CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The artist convicted of taking unauthorized photos of bodies in the Hamilton County Morgue is requesting his records be sealed. Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Terry Nestor held a hearing on Thursday, July 25, but a decision will not be made for another two weeks. Thomas Condon, a local photographer, was convicted of eight counts of gross abuse of a corpse back in 2002.

In a book titled “The Condemnation of Little B” (Beacon Press, $24), she contends that 13-year-old Michael Lewis, aka Little B, was not guilty of the 1997 murder that earned him a life sentence.
