Have you ever used a typewriter?

I've often used a typewriter, and not necessarily for the intended purpose.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

I have to give a special hat-tip to Grammarly. It helps me submit the American English required, not the British English ingrained in me.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

My State of Marketing Technology reports for VB Insight have given me the most satisfaction to date.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Despite working late several nights every week to help US contacts reach me, it is better to pitch to me first thing in the morning.
