Not for the work I do now, but in the past, sure. There's something frustrating and thus deeply satisfying about writing on one.

Lois Lane. Of course.
Why did you become a journalist?
A love of writing, connecting with people, and sharing important information with others.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Briefly. I wrote an editorial that made a lot of people unhappy and that was it for me. In college, I eventually became Editor-in-Chief.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
A movie theatre
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
The biggest misconception about writing stories about students, alums, and schools is that there is no room for excitement or creativity.
