With a crystal-clear view of the emerald green and sapphire blue of Lake Tahoe, a property referred to as a “majestic one-of-a-kind architectural marvel” has sold for $42 million. The eight-bedroom, 10-bath estate in Nevada, most recently listed by Tahoe Luxury Properties’ Bill Dietz, is now listed as sold. The new owners are not named. The vast property is listed in Franklin for a whopping $24 million and has strong connections to the music world.
