Even though the different components of the exercise programmes are well described, one limitation could be possible confounders related to the exercise dose given. The proposed project includes a relatively large sample where outcomes are evaluated both during the 12-week intervention period, at the end of treatment, and at 6 months and 12 months, respectively.
