BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Gonzales man pleaded guilty to multiple felony charges after prosecutors said he targeted women in separate incidents in 2024. The 23rd Judicial District Attorney's Office said Samuel Lane, 42, of Gonzales, pleaded guilty last week to home invasion, attempted first-degree rape and attempted first-degree robbery. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Lana Chaney and Adam Koenig before Judge Steven Tureau.
