How is social media changing news?
Many tend to believe everything they see first hand, so that can sometimes be a negative. However, there are reliable journalists out there.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

What does it mean to be a journalist?
Being a football writer doesn't just mean running live blogs and publishing player ratings at the full time whistle. There is a lot more to it.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I prefer to be emailed them so I can look at them and review them.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Slack to keep in touch with other journalists and my supervisor.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter - easy to use. A journalist's dream.
Who do you wish followed you?
Henry Winter. He's a well renowned football writer who is followed by many sporting stars, and is articulate in his words.
Why did you become a journalist?
I enjoyed writing from a young age and football was something I loved writing about. I started out from doing match reports to features.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I did an end of season review of Brentford's debut Premier League season, stating where they need to do better next season.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Keep your head up and be brave. If there is something out there that you might think is available, go ask because if you don't, you don't get
