TEXAS — Fulshear, a small city located west of Houston near the Katy area, is considered to be the second-fastest growing city in the country, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Celina, Texas, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is ranked first among the fastest growing cities. The census data showed Fulshear’s population increased by 21% from 2024 to 2025, with more than 11,000 people moving to the area. “We’ve all lived around here for 20, 30, 40 years, and we love Fulshear.
