Neon Giant, the studio behind The Ascent , has finally given us our first proper look at NO LAW gameplay, and I'm already intrigued. The first-person cyber-noir shooter is set in the lawless port city of Port Desire, where you play veteran Grey Harker and can apparently approach problems with stealth, shooting, hacking and a healthy disregard for other people's property. The game is coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Fantasy games have given us plenty of medieval Europe, Norse mythology, and Japanese-inspired worlds. 1001 Threads of Mizan is taking a rather different route. MBC Game Studio's debut action game draws heavily from Arabic folklore and One Thousand and One Nights, wrapping that inspiration around a gorgeous-looking fantasy world. And honestly, after seeing what the game is going for, I'm quite happy to see someone finally explore this side of fantasy at this scale.

PUBG’s new shooter looks absolutely unhinged, and I kind of love it

PUBG is apparently done being serious for a minute. PUBG Studios has revealed DED.NET, a new multiplayer first-person shooter that takes the franchise into a much stranger direction. Revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live, the game is set in a bizarre version of 1990s Cascadia and combines multiplayer FPS action with roguelite progression across runs. The announcement trailer wastes absolutely no time establishing that DED.NET isn’t trying to be another PUBG.
