MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Mesa Police on Wednesday released a photo of the vehicle they believe was used in a hit-and-run that left a 33-year-old man dead. Investigators believe the vehicle that hit and killed Robert Hetrick at the Mesa Grand Shopping Center in May is either a gray or silver Ford F-150. Anyone with information about the vehicle or the incident was urged to contact the Mesa Police Department at 480-644-2211.

Goodyear PD seeks public’s help in solving 2023 murder of Pinal County man

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Goodyear police are asking for the public’s help in solving the cold case murder of a Pinal County man. On September 22, 2023, a hiker discovered the body of 57-year-old John “Johnny” Jones in the bottom of a river in Goodyear, south of Maricopa County Road 85 between Bullard Avenue and Estrella Parkway. Investigators later determined that Jones was murdered. Goodyear police continue trying to solve the cold case murder of 57-year-old John "Johnny" Jones in 2023.
