Los datos sobre factores pronósticos en la MAT confirmada por biopsia siguen siendo limitados. Métodos Este estudio retrospectivo unicéntrico incluyó a 46 pacientes adultos con MAT confirmada por biopsia, diagnosticados entre 2000 y 2025.

The uric acid–to–HDL cholesterol ratio (UHR) is an integrative marker of metabolic-inflammatory burden. This retrospective cohort study included 214 adult patients who initiated PD between 1997-2025 at a tertiary center.
