Methods/design This is a single-center (UCLA), single-arm, prospective phase II study with a safety lead-in. 43 subjects are planned. Each subject will receive the same PULSAR radiation therapy course as described below. The first 15 enrolled patients will be evaluated in the safety lead-in portion.
