Single-cell transcriptomic analysis reveals seed cells and microenvironmental crosstalk in gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis
Abstract Peritoneal metastasis is the most frequent and lethal metastatic pattern in gastric cancer, yet the identity of metastatic seed cells and the accompanying microenvironmental remodeling remain poorly defined. Integrated single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of cells derived from primary gastric tumors and peritoneal metastases revealed markedly distinct cellular compositions.
Acidophil stem cell-like pituitary neuroendocrine tumors with heterogeneous PIT1/SF1 or LH lineage-marker expression: a clinicopathological study of three cases
Abstract Acidophil stem cell-like pituitary neuroendocrine tumors are uncommon PIT1-lineage tumors with heterogeneous morphology and immunophenotypes. Their distinction from other PIT1-lineage tumors and from tumors with additional gonadotroph-lineage-marker expression remains challenging. We retrospectively analyzed three surgically resected acidophil stem cell-like PitNETs. Clinical, endocrine, radiological, operative, histological, immunohistochemical, and follow-up data were reviewed.
STG-DB net for athlete pose estimation and pose rational optimization in complex sports scenes
Abstract To address technical challenges inherent in athlete pose estimation within complex sports scenarios–specifically the confusion of multi-person skeletal instances, insufficient temporal stability during highly dynamic movements, and degraded localization accuracy for occluded joints–this paper proposes STG-DB Net, a pose estimation network tailored for sports environments.

Anlotinib-temozolomide combination achieves durable response in multimodal-resistant primary breast angiosarcoma with skull base metastasis and dural involvement: a case report
Abstract Primary breast angiosarcoma is an exceedingly rare malignancy with a high propensity for hematogenous metastasis, though skull base and dural involvement have never been reported. We present a 52-year-old woman diagnosed with stage IIA primary breast angiosarcoma (pT2N0M0) treated with mastectomy and adjuvant radiotherapy. Twenty-one months post-radiation therapy, she developed left orbital swelling and headache.

Associations of dietary patterns with risk of gastrointestinal disorders: a prospective cohort study
Associations of dietary patterns with risk of gastrointestinal disorders: a prospective cohort study Gastrointestinal (GI) disorders are highly prevalent and severely diminish life quality. It is yet unknown which dietary pattern is optimal for the prevention of GI disorders. Among 141,450 participants from UK Biobank with a median follow-up of 15 years, we comprehensively assessed 13 dietary patterns in relation to 6 GI disorders.

ProMENDA: an updated resource for proteomic and metabolomic characterization in depression - Translational Psychiatry
Abstract Depression is a prevalent mental disorder with a complex biological mechanism. Following the rapid development of systems biology technology, a growing number of studies have applied proteomics and metabolomics to explore the molecular profiles of depression. However, a standardized resource facilitating the identification and annotation of the available knowledge from these scattered studies associated with depression is currently lacking.

Micromachines | Free Full-Text | Research on the Comparison Properties of PDMS Specimens Demolding Processes and the Mechanical Performance of Hollow-Solid Ratios of Flexible Telescopic Rods
Abstract : The main motivation of this work was to demonstrate a hollow telescopic rod structure that could be used for minimally invasive surgery. The telescopic rods were fabricated using 3D printing technology to make mold flips. During fabrication, differences in biocompatibility, light transmission, and ultimate displacement were compared between telescopic rods fabricated via different processes, so as to select the appropriate process.
Lattice-strained nickel hydroxide nanosheets for boosted diluted CO2 photoreduction
Lattice-strained nickel hydroxide nanosheets for boosted diluted CO2 photoreduction Photoreduction of diluted CO2 into value-added solar fuel is the discipline front in the energy and environment research. However, this exploration largely suffers from unsatisfactory activity and selectivity. Herein, lattice-strained nickel hydroxide nanosheets (NS) have been successfully constructed via a vanadium-doped strategy towards photoreduction of diluted CO2.

Leptin Signaling in the Arcuate Nucleus Reduces Insulin’s Capacity to Suppress Hepatic Glucose Production in Obese Mice
Highlights • Antagonizing LepRb restores insulin-mediated suppression of HGP in DIO mice • PTP1B deletion in the ARH of obese mice restores the suppression of HGP • PTP1B deletion in AgRP neurons improves glucose homeostasis in lean and obese mice Summary Insulin action in the hypothalamus results in the suppression of hepatic glucose production (HGP). Obesity is often associated with a diminished response to insulin, leading to impaired suppression of HGP in obese mice.
Minimum Field Strength Simulator for Proton Density Weighted MRI
To develop and evaluate a framework for simulating low-field proton-density weighted MRI acquisitions based on high-field acquisitions, which could be used to predict the minimum B field strength requirements for MRI techniques. This framework would be particularly useful in the evaluation of de-noising and constrained reconstruction techniques. Given MRI raw data, lower field MRI acquisitions can be simulated based on the signal and noise scaling with field strength.
