OIF summit preparations have included a crackdown on cyberscam compounds Kem Sokha was arrested in September 2017. Kem Sokha, the leader of the Cambodia National Rescue Party when it was dissolved by the country’s supreme court in 2017, has been granted a royal pardon for his conviction of treason. [1] The pardon, announced today by former prime minister Hun Sen, comes ahead of the summit of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) to be held in Cambodia in November.

Yes, I sort of learned to type on a typewriter as a teenager.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

It means I am responsible for what I write and edit. That means PR people never, ever get to read the story or check the quotes first.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
