It is that time of year again! Pancake Fest time! Join O'Connor Senior Center for another wonderful Pancake Fest. The event will be Friday March 3rd, from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. There will be live entertainment, vendors, door prizes, and yes lots of pancakes. Enjoy pancakes, sausage with regular or sugar free syrup. Try something new like gluten free pancakes from UT Medical Center's Healthy Living Kitchen. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the center.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Biscuits are a southern staple and they draw thousands to Market Square every year. In fact, 20,000 people attended the biscuit festival last year and many of them said it was just too crowded and confusing. But this year, things are changing to make the festival bigger and better than before.
