Publisher Correction: Adjuvant personalized multivalent neoantigen DNA vaccination for MGMT unmethylated glioblastoma: a phase 1 trial
Correction to: Nature Cancer https://doi.org/10.1038/s43018-026-01163-w, published online 12 May 2026. In the version of the article initially published, in the top-left graph of Fig. 3b, the y-axis label was “CD4+CD69+ (%, delta)” but should have been “CD8+CD69+ (%, delta)”. In the top-right box of Fig. 5d, the label “Post-GNOS-PV01” should have read “Pre-GNOS-PV01”. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
Adjuvant personalized multivalent neoantigen DNA vaccination for MGMT unmethylated glioblastoma: a phase 1 trial
|
Abstract Glioblastoma is a fatal disease with a median prognosis of 12–18 months. Recent studies have shown encouraging results using neoantigen-based vaccines to stimulate glioblastoma-directed immune responses, but overall immunogenicity has been low.

mRNA vaccines engage unconventional pathways in CD8 + T cell priming
|
Abstract Vaccines composed of mRNA and lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) activate B cells and T cells by inducing in vivo production of specific protein antigens. While B cells can be activated directly by antigens, T cell activation requires antigen processing and presentation by MHC molecules on specialized antigen-presenting cells (APCs).

Tumour evolution and microenvironment interactions in 2D and 3D space - Nature
|
Abstract To study the spatial interactions among cancer and non-cancer cells1, we here examined a cohort of 131 tumour sections from 78 cases across 6 cancer types by Visium spatial transcriptomics (ST). This was combined with 48 matched single-nucleus RNA sequencing samples and 22 matched co-detection by indexing (CODEX) samples. To describe tumour structures and habitats, we defined ‘tumour microregions’ as spatially distinct cancer cell clusters separated by stromal components.

Epigenetic regulation during cancer transitions across 11 tumour types - Nature
|
Abstract Chromatin accessibility is essential in regulating gene expression and cellular identity, and alterations in accessibility have been implicated in driving cancer initiation, progression and metastasis1,2,3,4. Although the genetic contributions to oncogenic transitions have been investigated, epigenetic drivers remain less understood.

Cytosolic EpCAM cooperates with H-Ras to regulate epithelial to mesenchymal transition through ZEB1
Loading metrics Open Access Peer-reviewed Research Article Abstract Next generation sequencing of human cancer mutations has identified novel therapeutic targets. Activating Ras oncogene mutations play a central role in oncogenesis, and Ras-driven tumorigenesis upregulates an array of genes and signaling cascades that can transform normal cells into tumor cells. In this study, we investigated the role of altered localization of epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) in Ras-expressing cells.
