Hi Dr. Makis My wife Allison & her Dad paid for a cancer consultation with you on March 4 (client 8970) but never received a protocol. On May 20 a refund was requested, which your assistant agreed to but no refund received, even after many more emails. Will you please take care of it? He is an old man with cancer that lives off his social security check, he really needs this money back. Thanks!
