The daily link between parental and teacher autonomy support and adolescent psychological outcomes: the moderating role of family social class
Abstract An autonomy-supportive environment is essential for healthy development. However, prior research has mainly focused on one particular source of autonomy support and overlooked its dynamic features. Using a daily diary approach, this study investigated how adolescents’ perceptions of autonomy support from parents and teachers vary daily and whether their psychological impact differs across social classes.

Catalyst architecture for metal-support interactions and its effects on heterogeneous reactions
Catalyst architecture for metal-support interactions and its effects on heterogeneous reactions Metal nanoparticles supported on various metal oxides play vital roles in numerous industrial catalytic reactions. It has been widely observed that the catalytic performance and selectivity of supported metal catalysts are strongly influenced by metal-support interactions (MSIs), resulting from the significant differences in electronic and geometric properties between metals and oxide supports.
Family obligation in Chinese adolescents: Consequences and parental antecedents
INTRODUCTION Family obligation in contemporary China, which is rooted in the traditional Confucian ideology, has a strong emphasis on showing respect and providing both financial and psychological support to parents (Qi, 2016; Yeh et al., 2013). Research over two decades suggested that strong beliefs of family obligation are a protective factor for Chinese adolescents' academic, social, and emotional adjustment (Fuligni & Zhang, 2004; Juang & Cookston, 2009; Pomerantz et al., 2011).

Hypoxic Microenvironment Reconstruction with Synergistic Biofunctional Ions Promotes Diabetic Wound Healing
Chronic hypoxia and ischemia make diabetic wounds non-healing. Cellular functions of diabetic chronic wounds are inhibited under a pathological environment. Therefore, we developed a composite hydrogel system to promote diabetic wound healing. The composite hydrogel system consists of ε-poly-lysine, calcium peroxide, and borosilicate glass (BG).
7-Step Framework to Comply With Australia’s New Guidelines Requiring “Positive Duty” to Prevent Workplace Sex Discrimination | JD Supra
When the Australian parliament passed the Anti-Discrimination and Human Rights Legislation bill late last year, it introduced a new “Positive Duty” on employers to not only respond to but take proactive steps to prevent workplace sexual harassment and discrimination. The Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) will soon have the power to assess and monitor compliance with the Positive Duty starting this December 2023.

Wearable Smart Fabric Based on Hybrid E-Fiber Sensor for Real-Time Finger Motion Detection
Abstract : Wearable electronic sensors have attracted considerable interest in hand motion monitoring because of their small size, flexibility, and biocompatibility. However, the range of motion and sensitivity of many sensors are inadequate for complex and precise finger motion capture. Here, organic and inorganic materials were incorporated to fabricate a hybrid electronic sensor and optimized and woven into fabric for hand motion detection.
Effects of Black Soldier Fly Larvae (Hermetia illucens Larvae) Meal on the Production Performance and Cecal Microbiota of Hens
Abstract : Simple Summary The production performance of hen generally decreases with age, thereby reducing the forming profits of poultry farmers. Therefore, keeping egg production at a high rate is important. Gut microbial communities play a vital role in the health and function of the host. Animal gut microbiota are a complicated and diverse system easily affected by diet. Diet components could influence the composition and diversity of gut microbiota.

Employers in Australia Must First Ask Employees to Work on Public Holidays – Your 6-Step Compliance Plan | JD Supra
April 19, 2023 To embed, copy and paste the code into your website or blog: An Australian federal court recently held that employers can no longer arbitrarily schedule employees to work on public holidays without their agreement. Instead, the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia ruled on March 28 that employers must first make a reasonable request to the employee in the form of an “ask,” and the employee must be given the opportunity to respond.

Australia’s Fair Work Act 2009 was a landmark piece of legislation governing the employment relationship in private workplaces.
Nanomaterials | Free Full-Text | Time-Dependent Size and Shape Evolution of Gold and Europium Nanoparticles from a Bioproducing Microorganism, a Cyanobacterium: A Digitally Supported High-Resolution Image Analysis
1. Introduction Microbial in vitro or in vivo synthesized nanoparticles (NPs) are of great interest as they can be generated in an environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner. Especially in the field of biomedical applications, biogenic synthesis routes offer a sustainable and safe technique [1]. Bioproduction can be carried out under ambient temperatures, unlike conventional synthetic processes [2].
Highlights • Two neutralizing nanobodies are generated against the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 • The crystal structures reveal that the two nanobodies have different epitopes • One nanobody targets the highly conserved epitope • Bispecific nanobodies improve neutralization potency to SARS-CoV-2 variants Summary Because of the evolutionary variants of SARS-CoV-2, development of broad-spectrum neutralizing antibodies resilient to virus escape is urgently needed.
