Iguratimod ameliorated collagen-induced arthritis by suppressing TNF-α/NF-κB signaling pathway and enhancing lymphangiogenesis in a murine model
Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a complex autoimmune joint disease characterized by persistent synovial inflammation and hyperplasia. The TNF-α/NF-κB signaling pathway is one of the most important inflammatory pathways involved in the onset and progression of RA. In addition, impaired lymphatic drainage plays a critical role in disease exacerbation. Iguratimod (IGU), a novel disease-modifying antirheumatic drug, has been shown to exert immunomodulatory effects.

However, micro-cracks or holes of compaction manufactured by traditional EPC process, which was not conducive to enhance mechanical properties.
Mining Suicidal Ideation in Chinese Social Media: A Dual-Channel Deep Learning Model with Information Gain Optimization
1. Introduction Suicide is a critical global health issue, ranking as a leading cause of death with over 700,000 fatalities annually [1,2]. Suicidal ideation, intricately linked to mental health, is particularly susceptible to the exacerbating effects of conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD [3]. Consequently, accurately identifying suicidal ideation and classifying those at risk are imperative.

Dynamic Response Prediction Model for Jack-Up Platform Pile Legs Based on Random Forest Algorithm
1. Introduction With the advantages of flexible movement, low manufacturing cost, and wide range of water depth, jack-up platforms are widely used in many fields such as marine oil and gas exploration and development, offshore construction, island construction, and so on. As marine resources are increasingly developed, jack-up platforms are undergoing continual advancement for use in deeper waters.

WAID: A Large-Scale Dataset for Wildlife Detection with Drones
2. Related Work 2.1. Diverse Datasets for Wildlife Detection Currently, there are numerous publicly available animal datasets based on ground images as shown in Table 1. As seen from Table 1, Song et al. [40] introduced the Animal10N dataset, containing 55,000 images from five pairs of animals: (cat, lynx), (tiger, cheetah), (wolf, coyote), (gorilla, chimpanzee), and (hamster, guinea pig). The training set comprises 50,000 images, whereas the test set has 5000 images. Ng et al.
MKGCN: Multi-Modal Knowledge Graph Convolutional Network for Music Recommender Systems
5. Experiments In this section, we experiment with the performance of MKGCN with real music datasets. We introduce the datasets, baseline models, experimental setup, and the experimental results performance in turn. 5.1. Datasets As there are currently no existing music multi-modal knowledge graphs that can be directly utilized, we construct four multi-modal knowledge graphs ( M 3 KGs for short) of varying sizes using the publicly available Music4All-Onion dataset [37].
Identifying Influential Nodes in Complex Networks Based on Information Entropy and Relationship Strength
Abstract : Identifying influential nodes is a key research topic in complex networks, and there have been many studies based on complex networks to explore the influence of nodes. Graph neural networks (GNNs) have emerged as a prominent deep learning architecture, capable of efficiently aggregating node information and discerning node influence. However, existing graph neural networks often ignore the strength of the relationships between nodes when aggregating information about neighboring nodes.

Improving Named Entity Recognition for Social Media with Data Augmentation
Abstract : Social media is important for providing text information; however, due to its informal and unstructured nature, traditional named entity recognition (NER) methods face the challenge of achieving high accuracy when dealing with social media data. This paper proposes a new method for social media named entity recognition with data augmentation.

How China’s Zero-Covid Policy Evolved and Failed
In December 2022, China abandoned its draconian Zero-COVID policy (also called Dynamic Zero-COVID Policy), a move that was one of the most dramatic shifts in its coronavirus prevention measures. As the world belatedly welcomes China back, it is important to look back at the series of policy changes from the implementation of the Zero-COVID policy pursued by the Chinese government over the past three years to its abrupt end.
