Elastoplastic Analysis of Tunnels Using the Energy-Based Physics-Encoded Deep Learning Framework
1 Introduction Tunnels represent critical and transformative projects in transportation construction and have experienced rapid and vigorous developments in recent years. The deformations and stress disturbances induced in the surrounding rocks by tunnel excavation are of paramount significance in engineering construction and safety evaluations. Understanding and predicting the failure and damage of geomaterials are crucial due to the potential for significant loss of lives and property.

Large language model-driven multi-agent framework for fault detection and diagnostics of variable air volume boxes
ABSTRACT The operational data generated by variable air volume (VAV) systems provides rich information for intelligent control and fault detection, and diagnosis (FDD). However, traditional model-based and data-driven approaches rely heavily on accurate system modeling or large labeled datasets, limiting their adaptability and interpretability across diverse buildings.

An integrated method for BIM data retrieval using large language model
Abstract Data retrieval in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is essential for effective project management, yet existing methods remain limited by manual processes, keyword-based searches, and poor handling of complex queries. To address this gap, we propose an intelligent BIM data retrieval system that integrates large language models (LLMs) with vector search in a multi-agent framework using LangChain. BIM data from Revit models are exported to an SQL database via Dynamo.

Analysis of the Impact of Ownership on Construction Land Prices Under Government Decision-Making Regulations in China: An Empirical Research Based on Micro-Level Land Transaction Data
You are already at the latest version Under China’s dual urban-rural land ownership system, the unequal legal status of collective and state-owned land hinders the realization of “equal rights and equal prices” for both. This paper analyzed the impact of ownership on construction land prices using micro-level land transaction data from Wujin District, Changzhou City from 2015 to 2021, and investigated the role of government decision-making in this relationship.

A SVM-based method for identifying fracture modes of rock using WVD spectrogram features of AE signals
1 Introduction Geological hazards such as landslides, rock collapses (Figure 1A) and rockbursts (Figure 1B) are rock destabilization phenomena caused by the evolution of rock fracture. The types of rock fractures can be mainly divided into tensile fracture, extensional shear fracture and compressional shear fracture (Etheridge, 1983; Zhou et al., 2022). FIGURE 1. Effect of dry-wet cycles on the strength and deformation of the red-bed rockfill material in western Yunnan
1 Introduction The red Jurassic and Cretaceous strata are widely distributed in Yunnan, China. Bounded by the Erhai-Honghe Fault, the eastern and western parts are called the Central Yunnan Red Bed and the Western Yunnan Red Bed, respectively, due to their different phase zones. The Western Yunnan Red Bed is mainly composed of inland lacustrine formations. Its lithology is clastic sedimentary rocks such as mudstone, siltstone, argillaceous siltstone, and sandstone (Luo et al., 2003).
How Does Urban-Rural Capital Flow Affect Rural Reconstruction near Metropolitan Areas? Evidence from Shanghai, China
Abstract : Capital outflow during industrialization and urbanization is a primary reason for global rural recession, and China is no exception. Since China focuses on the integrated development of urban and rural areas, urban-rural capital flow affects the transformation and sustainable development of rural areas. However, few studies have focused on this issue.
High-Performance QC-LDPC Code Co-Processing Approach and VLSI Architecture for Wi-Fi 6
Abstract : The QC-LDPC code, with its excellent error correction performance and hardware friendliness, has been identified as one of the channel encoding schemes by Wi-Fi 6. Shorting, puncturing, or repeating operations are needed to ensure that user data can be sent with integer symbols and complete rate matching. Due to the uncertainty of the user data size, the modulation’s selectivity, and the difference in the number of spatial streams, the receiver must deal with more than 106 situations.

Research on direct shear test of rock-like materials with two closed pre-existing cracks of different attitudes
Introduction In rock engineering, the mechanical behavior of the structural plane has a significant influence on the deformation and failure of rock mass. The mechanism of discontinuity propagation and coalescence determines the failure form and strength characteristics of rock mass. Therefore, scholars began to deepen the study on the failure mechanism of rock mass with multiple cracks from the middle of the 20th century (Goodman et al., 1968; Toshikazu, 1988; Li and Zhu, 1992).

A selective and simultaneous sensing of ascorbic acid, dopamine and uric acid based on nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon Development of novel sensing nanostructures for facile, economical and fast application have been attracted more and more interest. Herein, a nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon (NMC) was synthesized by pyrolyzing a mixture of melamine and carbon black at a low-temperature (600 oC) and exploited for the simultaneous sensing of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA).

Plant cell-surface GIPC sphingolipids sense salt to trigger Ca2+ influx
Abstract Salinity is detrimental to plant growth, crop production and food security worldwide. Excess salt triggers increases in cytosolic Ca2+ concentration, which activate Ca2+-binding proteins and upregulate the Na+/H+ antiporter in order to remove Na+. Salt-induced increases in Ca2+ have long been thought to be involved in the detection of salt stress, but the molecular components of the sensing machinery remain unknown.
Experimental study of stick-slip failure processes and effect of physical properties on stick-slip behavior
To investigate the process of stick-slip shear failure, small-scale PMMA samples with friction faults and a high-speed recording experiment system are used. The evolution of shear stress and slip displacement clearly show both the propagation of stick-slip failures and the local slip-weakening behavior of the fault. The distribution of local stress ratio ? /? along the fault is of great significance to determining the nucleation location.
Diversity and selection of MHC class I genes in the vulnerable Chinese egret (Egretta eulophotes)
The genes of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) are important to vertebrate immune system. In this study, two new MHC class I genes, designated as Egeu-UAA and Egeu-UBA, were discovered in the vulnerable Chinese egret (Egretta eulophotes). Using a full length DNA and cDNA produced by PCR and RACE methods, these two MHC class I loci were characterized in the genome of the Chinese egret and were also found to be expressed in liver and blood.
