Sintilimab plus Bevacizumab biosimilar IBI305 and chemotherapy as a first-line treatment in advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (SBAGA): a single-arm, phase Ib/II study
Abstract Adding anti-PD-1 or anti-VEGF therapy to chemotherapy improves survival in patients with advanced gastric cancer, yet outcomes remain poor. This Phase Ib/II trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combining sintilimab, the bevacizumab biosimilar IBI305, and CapeOX chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for patients with HER2-negative advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (GA/GEJA).
qHBsAg Trajectories with Peg-IFNα-2b Add-on Therapy in Nucleos(t)ide Analog-experienced HBeAg-positive Chronic Hepatitis B
HBsAg loss is a preferred treatment endpoint for functional cure in chronic hepatitis B (CHB), yet it remains uncommon within finite treatment durations, particularly under long-term nucleos(t)ide analogs (NAs) therapy. Pegylated interferon alpha-2b (Peg-IFNα-2b) can increase the probability of HBsAg decline and loss in selected patients; however, in small real-world cohorts, the limited number of HBsAg loss events often leads to imprecise estimates and uncertainty.
Stakeholder Conflicts in Low-Carbon Tourism: A Process-Oriented Framework
ABSTRACT Low-carbon tourism initiatives frequently generate stakeholder conflicts, even when sustainability goals are widely shared. This study examines how such conflicts arise and propagate in heritage tourism, using Quanzhou Ancient City, China, as the focal case. Findings show that government officials, tourism operators, residents, and tourists hold divergent cognitive, emotional, and behavioural orientations toward low-carbon policies.
