Background Arterial blood gas analysis (ABGA) is a common procedure for children with acute and critical respiratory diseases (1). It is performed at sites such as the conventional radial artery (CRA), femoral, and dorsalis pedis arteries, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Puncture of the CRA for ABGA in children is most widely used in clinical practice due to its superficial location, high success rate, patient comfort, and short compression hemostasis time (2).

Generation of Isolated Flat Bands with Tunable Numbers through Moir\'e Engineering
In contrast to the Dirac-cone materials in which the low-energy spectrum features a pseudospin- structure, Lieb and Dice lattices both host triply degenerate low-energy excitations. Here, we discuss moiré structures involving twisted bilayers of these lattices, which are shown to exhibit a tunable number of isolated flat bands near the Fermi level due to the bipartite nature of their structures.

Higher-order topological phases hidden in quantum spin Hall insulators
Topological materials burgeoned with the discovery of the quantum spin Hall insulators (QSHIs). Since their discovery, QSHIs have been viewed as being Z2 topological insulators. This commonly held viewpoint, however, hides the far richer nature of the QSHI state. Unlike the Z2 topological insulator, which hosts gapless boundary states protected by the time-reversal symmetry, the QSHI does not support gapless edge states because the spin-rotation symmetry breaks down in real systems.

Estimation of Cotton Nitrogen Content Based on Multi-Angle Hyperspectral Data and Machine Learning Models
Abstract : For crop growth monitoring and agricultural management, it is important to use hyperspectral remote sensing techniques to estimate canopy nitrogen content in a timely and accurate manner. The traditional nadir method has limited ability to assess the nitrogen trophic state of cotton shoots, which is not conducive to high-precision nitrogen inversion, whereas the multi-angle remote sensing monitoring method can effectively extract the canopy’s physicochemical information.

1. Introduction Pakchoi (Brassica campestris L.) needs an abundance of nitrogen fertilizer in horticultural production. The yield of pakchoi is proportional to nitrogen fertilizer to some extent [1]. However, the nitrogen application level will affect the quality of pakchoi, and a high concentration of nitrogen fertilizer will lead to nitrate stress, which inhibits the growth of pakchoi [2].
