This study integrates computational fluid dynamics (CFD), CT perfusion (CTP) metrics, anatomical indexes, and machine learning to classify anterior circulation ICAS within the Chinese Ischemic Stroke Subclassification (CISS) framework and identify characteristics of different stroke mechanisms.
