Conceptual Model for Assessing Logistics Maturity in Smart City Dimensions
4. Results With the perspective of proposing a conceptual model to evaluate logistics in the smart cities’ environment, this research developed a five-point maturity scale based on the precepts of Crosby (1979), related to the Capacity Maturity Model (CMM), adapted to the reality of logistics in smart cities, where concepts that best represent the graduation of logistics in smart cities were extracted. This approach improved the levels by evaluating the experts participating in the research.
