While a judge in Franklin County Municipal Court was setting a $500,085 bond for accused Old West End Festival gunman Ka Nye Taylor, a judge in Toledo was hearing arguments to revoke the bond of the other shooting suspect, Eljay Crisp-Carr. Taylor, 20, of the 2100 block of Horton Street, was arrested Wednesday morning in Columbus by officers from the Toledo Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
