Haploidentical donor (HID) has been increasingly considered due to the efficacy of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prevention with post-transplantation cyclophosphamide (PTCy) or anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) alone-based regimen [1, 2]. Young male donor ( < 30 years) was preferably chosen due to superior survival and lower non-relapse mortality (NRM) [3], while parous female donor was considered suboptimal due to increasing GVHD risk [3, 4].
