Abstract Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a severe immunological disorder characterized by dysregulated immune activation. Pathogenic variants in HLH-causative genes serve as diagnostic criteria and guide treatment decisions. However, known genes do not fully explain the molecular basis of many cases, and the polygenic contribution to HLH susceptibility remains poorly characterized.

With the rapid development of the Internet, big data, and mobile technology, these advancements bring convenience to people while the volume of data continues to grow exponentially. It is increasingly challenging for users to find the resources they need from this vast expanse of information. To address the problem of information overload and assist users in extracting data efficiently, recommendation systems have been proposed (Tang & Zhang, 2022).

This study, through experimental analysis and numerical calculations, not only identified the critical cooling rate for eliminating banded structures in 20CrMnTi gear steel but also investigated the effects of cooling rate on element partitioning and interface migration, as well as the underlying mechanisms governing the impact on banded structures.
