Immune checkpoint inhibitor-related myositis with hepatitis in HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer after trastuzumab deruxtecan plus sintilimab: a case report
Abstract Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have improved outcomes across multiple solid tumors, but they may trigger immune-related adverse events involving the nervous system, skeletal muscle, myocardium, and liver. ICI-related myositis is uncommon but clinically important and may overlap with myocarditis or other neuromuscular toxicities. Reports in breast cancer remain limited, particularly in HER2-positive disease outside standard immunotherapy settings.
Author Correction: A generalizable approach for programming protease-responsive conformationally inhibited artificial transcriptional factors
Correction to: Nature Communications https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-025-59828-6, published online 17 May 2025 In the version of this article initially published, due to a data transfer error, values for cell nos. 13–18 in the Source Data for Supplementary Fig. 12b were duplicate values for cell nos. 7–12. The Source Data and Supplementary Fig. 12b have been updated.
CEMs-SELEX: DNAzyme-powered de novo biomarker discovery and noninvasive cancer diagnosis

Fingerprint profiling human gut microbiota through boronic acid-based sensor array and its application on colorectal cancer classification
Abstract The interplay between gut microbiota and host plays a crucial role in human health and disease pathogenesis. However, current profiling methods for gut microbiota are costly, time-intensive and require specialized instrumentation. Herein, we develop a boronic acid-based sensor array, GUT-SCAN (Gut Unique Typing via Spectral and Chemical Analysis using Boronic Acid Nanosensor), for rapid profiling of human gut microbiota.

Correction to “Trilocked Photodynamic Senolytic Inducer Potentiating Immunogenic Senescent Cell Removal for Liver Fibrosis Resolution”
We inadvertently missed one methylene group in the β-gal responsive moiety for cAID and cAID-NAc in the schematic illustrations in the published manuscript. The corrected Figure 1a, Figure 2a, Figure 4a and Table of Contents/Abstract graphic are presented below. The Supporting Information has been revised to include the correct drawings and chemical formula for cAID and cAID-NAc. These corrections do not affect the conclusions reported in the published article.
The form of China’s urban commercial expansion in the digital era - Nature Cities
Abstract The digital era has reshaped urban commercial spaces, driving the emergence of less-visible shops in non-ground-floor and non-street-facing areas. To deepen the investigation of this transformation, this study analyzes the spatial evolution of commercial establishments across 287 Chinese cities from 2015 to 2023, using data from Dazhong-Dianping—a leading public review and rating platform for commercial premises.
Ligand substitution in organic-inorganic hybrid zinc iodides for second-harmonic generation
Ligand substitution in organic–inorganic hybrid zinc iodides for second-harmonic generation Noncentrosymmetric metal halides are promising nonlinear optical (NLO) materials that have prospective applications in optical switching technologies. However, obtaining zinc halides with large second harmonic generation (SHG) effect is of great challenge due to their ideal tetrahedral configurations.
Efficient Radical-Driving Electrocatalytic Dimerization of Furfural to Jet Fuel Precursors using WMoB Nanoflakes
Efficient Radical-Driving Electrocatalytic Dimerization of Furfural to Jet Fuel Precursors using WMoB Nanoflakes Electrocatalytic dimerization (ECD) of biomass platform molecules represents a promising route for sustainable fuel and chemical production, with the advantages of eliminating harmful reagents, being tunable, and potentially being driven by renewable electricity.
CMAB: A Multi-Attribute Building Dataset of China - Scientific Data
Abstract Rapidly acquiring three-dimensional (3D) building data, including geometric attributes like rooftop, height and orientations, as well as indicative attributes like function, quality, and age, is essential for accurate urban analysis, simulations, and policy updates. Current building datasets suffer from incomplete coverage of building multi-attributes.

Introduction. Inappropriate use of antibiotics and inadequate therapeutic regimens for early-stage pulmonary infections are major contributors to increased prevalence of complications and mortality. Moreover due to the limitations in sensitivity of conventional testing there is an urgent need for more diagnostically efficient methods for the detection and characterization of pathogens in pulmonary infections. Hypothesis/Gap Statement.

4. Results 4.1. The Household Carbon Footprint in Different Age Groups The average household carbon footprint was 0.84 tCO2e in 2018, with 0.84 tCO2e for the children group, 0.85 tCO2e for the worker, and 0.82 tCO2e for the elderly. In terms of province, carbon emissions generated by the elderly accounted for 7–16% of the total consumption-based carbon emissions. Older people in Liaoning, Shanghai, Sichuan and Chongqing had a higher share of carbon emissions, exceeding 14%.

Block-level changes in the socio-spatial landscape in Beijing: Trends and processes
Socio-spatial differentiation has been identified not only in capitalist market economies but also in transitional countries, including post-reform China. However, most prior studies on this topic in Chinese cities are limited to a spatial resolution of the sub-district level, and finer scale analyses remain scarce.
