Author Correction: A generalizable approach for programming protease-responsive conformationally inhibited artificial transcriptional factors
Correction to: Nature Communications https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-025-59828-6, published online 17 May 2025 In the version of this article initially published, due to a data transfer error, values for cell nos. 13–18 in the Source Data for Supplementary Fig. 12b were duplicate values for cell nos. 7–12. The Source Data and Supplementary Fig. 12b have been updated.
Novel CFD modeling approaches to assessing urine flow in prostatic urethra after transurethral surgery
Abstract Assessment of the pressure and velocity of urine flow for different diameter ratios of prostatic urethra (RPU) after transurethral surgery using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). A standardized and idealized two-dimensional CFD model after transurethral surgery (CATS-1st) was developed for post-surgery mid-voiding. Using CATS-1st, 210 examples were amplified according to an array of size [3][5][14], which contained three groups of longitudinal diameters of prostatic urethra (LD-PU).
