Abstract Dysregulation of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) plays a significant role in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), yet many underlying mechanisms remain elusive. Recent studies have highlighted the critical importance of internal N7-methylguanosine (m7G) modifications in influencing RNA expression and function. In this study, we identified LINC01252, a poorly characterized lncRNA, through analyses of GEO datasets and the TCGA cohort.

Abstract The vertical distribution of soil nutrients and their stoichiometry is shaped by landscape-scale processes and soil-forming factors, but how these controls vary by depth remains unclear in urban forest parks. We examined this in six urban parks in Shenzhen, China, all below 300 m elevation and on similar parent material, by analyzing soil carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P) stoichiometry across four depths (0–10, 10–20, 20–40, 40–60 cm).
