This study aimed to clarify the mediating pathway through which familial emotional expression (FEE) is associated with FOC via pregnant women’s inner strength (IS), so as to supply empirical basis for antenatal psychological risk management.

Abstract Background: Sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy (SIC) is characterized by potentially reversible myocardial dysfunction accompanied by a profound systemic inflammatory response. However, the prognostic significance of early dynamic changes in the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with SIC remains unclear. This study aimed to identify distinct early NLR trajectories and examine their associations with cardiac recovery and live discharge from the intensive care unit (ICU).

SAViT-NeRF: a novel framework for improving geometric consistency in ancient building 3D reconstruction

Abstract Traditional 3D reconstruction methods struggle with geometric distortion and surface detail loss when processing ancient architecture, due to its complex structures, repeated components and intricate textures. To address these challenges, we propose a novel SAViT-NeRF framework combining structure-aware Vision Transformer and neural radiance fields.
