1 Introduction Catalytic therapy, which triggers specific chemical reactions within targeted pathological regions to induce unique biological and pathological effects, offers favorable specificity and minimal toxic side effects [1, 2]. The primary mechanism involves utilizing catalysts to enhance therapeutic efficacy and reduce side effects by converting nontoxic or low-toxicity endogenous substances into cytotoxic molecules capable of destroying tumor cells.
