Abstract Background: Domestic cetuximab biosimilars have recently expanded the EGFR-targeted treatment landscape for RAS/BRAF wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in China, but their economic value remains uncertain. Methods: A three-state Markov model was developed from the Chinese healthcare system perspective to evaluate newly approved cetuximab biosimilars for first-line RAS/BRAF wild-type mCRC.

Abstract Background: Probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics may exert beneficial effects on asthma by modulating the gut microbiota and the “gut-lung axis”. However, no systematic review or meta-analysis has specifically focused on adult asthma patients. Objective: To systematically evaluate the effects of probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics on lung function, symptom control, and inflammatory markers in adults with bronchial asthma.

ABSTRACT Rising urban heat poses an urgent threat to public health. The extreme heat in cities causes heat-related illnesses and accelerates heat-sensitive infectious diseases. Beyond heat-related illness, urban heat can intensify the transmission risk of heat-sensitive vector-borne diseases. Chikungunya fever, a mosquito-borne viral disease that causes fever and severe joint pain, is transmitted mainly by Aedes mosquitoes.
