2.6 In Vitro Osteogenic and Angiogenesis Effect of Composite Fibers To investigate the osteogenic and angiogenesis effect of PLLA@PDA/Cu composite fibers, western blot analysis was conducted to detect the related proteins, including BMP-2, OCN, S100A10, HIF-1α, and VEGF. The results in Figure 7a–f showed that the protein expressions of cells treated with PLLA, PLLA@PDA, or PLLA@PDA/Cu exhibited an up-regulation trend.
