MATERIALS AND METHODS Microfluidic devices were fabricated using standard soft lithographic techniques. First, microchannel patterns were designed in AutoCAD 2018 (Autodesk, San Rafael, USA) and printed onto a high-resolution film photomask (Micro Lithography Services, Chelmsford, UK).
