1 INTRODUCTION Earthquake-induced secondary disasters, such as chemical leaks and pipeline explosions, constitute typical multi-hazard coupling problems involving earthquake-blast sequential effects.1-4 In such scenarios, structures typically first undergo earthquake-induced cracking, stiffness degradation, and load-bearing capacity reduction, followed by further damage or collapse under the short-duration, high-intensity loading of blast shock waves.
